From the 25th to the 27th of May the “Chi Va Piano Fest” was held in Gagliopoli in its fifth edition. The festival celebrates the importance of “slowness” and underlines how taking some time to think and meditate really improves our lifestyle and the quality of our time.
Per l’occasione Susanna Bellafiore ha raccontato il suo viaggio in Cina, narrato nel libro dal titolo “Esperienza di Zhineng Qigong ad Hainan” di cui è autrice: dalla pratica del Qigong alla lenta e preziosa quotidianità vissuta sull’isola.
